RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Once the turf is cut and shipped, it cannot be returned. As such, all sales are final. If your turf arrives damaged or you have another question, please contact us via our live chat feature or by emailing us at artificialgrassexpress@gmail.com
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS
Artificial Grass Express will always strive to avoid any delays in shipping, however, we will not be held responsible for any consequences or damages due to delayed production or delivery. Our shipment and delivery dates are based upon estimates provided by our shipment suppliers. Artificial Grass Express will not be responsible for delays in shipments due to weather conditions or any other circumstances beyond our control. Artificial Grass Express will strive to ensure that all delivery schedules are met in a timely manner. There will be an additional charge if any changes to the shipping address must be made after the order is placed. IMPORTANT: Artificial turf is shipped via commercial freight lines. They do call before a residential delivery so that you can be prepared for their arrival. The driver will not help offload the turf from the truck – you need to be prepared to transport the cargo from the truck to its final destination. This point cannot be emphasized enough – make sure you are able to unload the turf rolls from the truck when it is delivered. No one with the freight company will help you with this. Artificial turf is shipped in rolls just like carpet. All of our rolls are 15′ wide by whatever length you choose. These can be rather heavy and cumbersome to manage, and it is vital that you have the means necessary to unload the turf roll(s) off of the delivery truck when it arrives. The truck driver will not assist in unloading the cargo from the truck. If you are unable to get the turf off of the truck, the driver will return to the shipping terminal with your artificial turf and schedule another delivery time.
LIMITATIONS & LIABILITY:
OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED UP TO THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF YOUR ONLINE PURCHASE (AT THE SPECIFIC TIME AND DATE OF YOUR PURCHASE) AND SHALL NOT INCLUDE ANY CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR DAMAGES FOR PROFIT LOSS. WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO HOLD CUSTOMER PROPERTY (a lien) AS SECURITY FOR UNPAID BILLS.
Artificial Grass Express reserves the right to refuse service to any party for any reason as it deems fit.

We do not offer Tax Exemption Certificates.

We use FT Technologies Payment Gateway/Paypal for our secure online payment processing.

Office hours are Monday-Friday from 8 AM to 3 PM PST, excluding observed holidays.
The following holidays are observed as business holidays.

WARRANTY INFORMATION
Artificial Grass Express/SGW warrants its synthetic turf products to be free from major defects in material or workmanship for a period of eight (8) year after delivery to the original customer. Please contact us for a copy of the warranty.
In the event that the synthetic turf, under normal conditions of use and service and subject to the limitations set forth herein, proves to be defective in material or workmanship, Artificial Grass Express will replace the section of the problematic synthetic turf at no additional product cost to the customer. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear associated with synthetic turf nor does this warranty cover failure of defects caused by misuses, negligence, modification, abuse or failure to comply with standard synthetic turf maintenance and operating instructions.
Artificial Grass Express shall be liable under this warranty for defects only if the Artificial Grass Express has inspected the problematic synthetic turf to ensure compliance with the following guidelines for cleaning: Regular cleaning of the synthetic turf shall take place to keep it free of dirt and debris. Periodic flush cleaning with water is advised.
To the extent allowed by applicable law, this warranty sets forth Artificial Grass Express's sole liability and customers exclusive remedy with respect to the synthetic turf. Artificial Grass Express shall not be liable for multiple, incidental, special or consequential damages, including but not limited to damage or loss of other property or equipment, loss or profit from claims resulting from contacts and/or agreements between clients or customers. Artifical Grass Express is also not responsible for damages or problems due to the synthetic turf resulting from an improper installation of the turf.
